03 — Documentation & Customs
Paperwork done right the first time
A single wrong document can hold your shipment at the border. We prepare export paperwork correctly and guide you through clearance at the other end.
- Export documents (China side) — Proforma and commercial invoices, packing lists and export clearance from origin.
- Shipping documents — Bills of lading, certificates of origin and the transport paperwork your shipment needs.
- Destination customs guidance — We advise and support your import clearance, working alongside your customs broker at destination.
